The Damage

And the weight was lifted, and there was time to breathe, if only for a moment.

If you ever noticed the decor of our last apartment in the strip you would take note that there was nothing in that apartment; milk crates, a crappy TV, a couch, most of which can be found (and were) in a dark mischievous alleyway. I like the ice cream though... I actually think the last image of me is funnier then the entirety of the rest of the comic.

As far as the weight being lifted? Schools out for a week and Action Duck is well on its way to being an award winning animation, and I learned a great deal in my 3D modeling class. My other 2 classes were accomplished, but gen-ed, so nothing triumphant to speak of besides passing them.

I'm moving my stuff tomorrow, work almost every day this next week, and have a lot of animation to clean up. People are moving away, getting married and getting on with their lives. Everything's changing so fast... it's somewhat unsettling.

At one point in my life, I actually did live like this. I had a crate for a computer chair and my entertainment center was constructed out of cinder blocks and particle boards. It isn't the best looking setup, but it does the job and it does it for free.

If you'll notice the Reese's chair, also known to common folk as a crate, made its appearance in the strip before hand. I had always planned on making a bigger deal out of it but it never happened, that and the gram crackers and frosting delicatessen. I have no less then 2 stories just waiting to be told. But alas, only doing a comic once a week severely hinders my abilities to get into smaller, I'll be it entertaining, aspects. I've often fancied the idea up upping our updates, but time will tell. I would like feedback on this subject, if there's anyone out there that would like to see these things more often let me know, but until then, I'll continue doing as I will.

And of course, as always, thanks for reading.
